Powered Land Strategy
Site feasibility, delivery sequencing, and development alignment for projects where land, utilities, and power strategy must be coordinated from the beginning.
Power Infrastructure & Operations
Once a site is development-ready, CSA works to structure and develop the behind-the-meter power system with qualified development, capital, EPC, and operational partners — with the objective of delivering infrastructure-grade power under a long-term PPA without requiring the off-taker to own or operate the generation asset.

Solar-led generation architecture sized and configured for direct load service, with firm and dispatchable resources integrated to support load certainty and reliability.

An Integrator and Project-Structuring Platform
CSA is not a contractor or installer. We are a project-structuring platform that brings together qualified sites, capital relationships, strategic equipment access, experienced third-party delivery partners, and long-term offtaker structures. We support both behind-the-meter delivery and grid-connected configurations — including projects that serve on-site loads while exporting excess solar to the utility grid. Our role is to identify, qualify, structure, and execute — not to self-perform construction.
Third-Party Construction Execution
Construction is executed through highly qualified third-party builders, EPCs, and general contractors selected for each project. This model allows CSA to maintain discipline over project selection and structure while leveraging best-in-class execution capacity across different site types and geographies.
Solar-Led Architecture — BTM & Grid-Connected
Solar is the primary energy asset, sized and configured for direct load service. Gas and other supporting technologies are integrated where appropriate. Systems are designed for behind-the-meter delivery, full grid-connected export, or hybrid configurations that serve the load directly while selling excess generation to the grid — depending on site conditions and offtaker requirements.

CSA evaluates qualified opportunities through a disciplined process. Not every site or buyer inquiry advances. The platform is designed for serious counterparties — landowners, developers, site sponsors, and large-load buyers — who are ready to move on an accelerated timeline with clear site control and commercial intent.
