Site Qualification

Power & Load Fit
Load requirements are matched against site capacity, solar resource quality, and hybrid generation architecture to ensure reliable power delivery.
Development & Contracting
Project structure, financing, land agreements, and power purchase terms are formalized. Infrastructure-grade contract structures ensure bankability and certainty.
Construction Readiness
Permitting, procurement, utility coordination, and engineering are advanced in parallel to support construction readiness. The timeline from agreement to mobilization depends on site entitlement status, permit readiness, utility conditions, equipment availability, and partner alignment — and typically requires months of coordinated pre-construction work.
Delivery & Operations
Systems are constructed, commissioned, and energized. Ongoing operations and maintenance are managed internally to ensure long-term performance.

Utility-Scale Solar — Development-Ready Site
Solar installation and energization typically takes 24 to 30 months or more — and may be longer in certain states. Sites must be entitled for solar at a minimum before development timelines can advance in earnest. Sites that are already entitled, permitted, or shovel-ready for solar and otherwise development-ready offer the strongest path forward.
