Demand-Side Power

For Energy Buyers

If you operate or are developing a data center or large industrial facility, CSA offers a direct path to infrastructure-grade power — without ownership, construction risk, or capital commitment.

The Opportunity

Power at Scale Without the Capital Commitment

CSA's objective is to develop, own, and operate behind-the-meter power systems with qualified development, capital, EPC, and operational partners. Under a long-term power purchase agreement structured with those partners, you receive infrastructure-grade power delivered directly to your facility — and pay only for what you consume.

There is no ownership stake, no construction risk, and no ongoing capital commitment for generation infrastructure. CSA works with qualified development, capital, EPC, and operational partners to carry the development, financing, construction, and operational responsibilities across the full contract term.

No ownership stake required
No construction or development risk
Behind-the-meter delivery — potential to reduce grid queue dependence
Long-term price certainty under PPA

No Ownership Required

You Don't Build It. You Don't Own It. You Just Receive Power.

CSA works to structure energy delivery as a service under a long-term PPA with qualified partners. The objective is a generation asset you don't need to own — and power delivered to your facility.

No Capital Expenditure

You pay only for the power you consume under a long-term PPA. There is no ownership stake, no upfront infrastructure cost, and no ongoing capital commitment for generation assets.

No Construction Risk

CSA manages development, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You are not exposed to construction schedules, cost overruns, or contractor relationships.

No Operational Burden

As the intended long-term owner-operators alongside qualified operational partners, the system is maintained across the full contract term. You do not manage generation assets, maintenance schedules, or performance monitoring.

No Balance Sheet Exposure

The energy infrastructure does not appear as a capital asset on your balance sheet. The PPA structure is designed to support clean treatment of power cost as an operating expense.

Behind-the-Meter Delivery

Bypass the Grid. Control Your Power.

Behind-the-meter means your power is generated and delivered directly at your facility — on your side of the utility meter. CSA also structures grid-connected configurations where excess solar generation is exported to the utility grid, creating an additional revenue stream that supports more competitive delivered pricing. The right configuration — BTM, grid-connected, or hybrid — is determined by site conditions, load requirements, and offtaker priorities.

No Grid Interconnection Queue

Traditional grid interconnection can take three to five years or more in constrained markets. Behind-the-meter configurations may reduce dependence on certain traditional interconnection queue timelines, depending on site conditions, load configuration, utility requirements, standby service, and system design. CSA evaluates both behind-the-meter and grid-connected configurations based on site-specific conditions.

Accelerated Path to Power on Qualified Sites

On qualified, site-ready projects where solar entitlement is confirmed and development conditions are aligned, energization timelines of 24 to 30 months or more may be achievable, subject to permitting, utility coordination, equipment availability, financing, and final agreements. Timeline depends on site conditions and development readiness.

Load-Matched Generation

Generation systems are architected around your specific load profile and reliability requirements. Hybrid generation — solar plus firm and dispatchable resources — ensures continuous delivery.

Long-Term Price Certainty

Infrastructure-grade PPA structures provide pricing predictability across the full contract term — supporting capital planning, operational budgeting, and underwriting assumptions for your facility.

Who This Is For

Built for Large-Scale Energy Consumers

This platform is not for small commercial buyers or retail energy consumers. It is designed for organizations with significant, sustained power requirements and the operational discipline to enter long-term infrastructure commitments.

Data Center Developers & Operators

Hyperscale and enterprise data centers requiring 150 MW or more of reliable, long-term power. Behind-the-meter delivery is particularly suited to campuses on large land positions outside constrained grid markets.

Large Industrial Facilities

Manufacturing, processing, and heavy industrial operations with sustained large-load power requirements and the capital and operational discipline to support long-term contract structures.

Critical Infrastructure Operators

Organizations operating mission-critical facilities where power reliability, delivery certainty, and long-term price predictability are non-negotiable operational requirements.

Organizations Exiting the Grid Queue

Developers and operators who have encountered multi-year grid interconnection delays and are seeking an alternative delivery path that does not depend on utility interconnection timelines.

What Happens Next

From Inquiry to Power

1

Submit a Load Inquiry

Tell us about your facility, power requirements, location, and development timeline. We review all qualified inquiries within two business days.

2

Load Assessment

We evaluate your load profile, facility type, site conditions, and timeline requirements to determine whether a behind-the-meter solution is viable and what the power delivery architecture looks like.

3

Site & Structure Matching

We match your load requirements against qualified sites and development conditions to identify the best path to a structured PPA — including generation architecture and delivery timeline.

4

PPA Structuring

If the opportunity advances, we develop and negotiate an infrastructure-grade PPA structured for your specific load, location, and contract requirements — designed for long-term bankability and operational alignment.

5

Construction & Energization

We manage development, construction, and commissioning. You receive power under the PPA when the system is energized — without managing a single aspect of the construction process.

Discuss Your Power Requirements

If your organization needs large-scale infrastructure-grade power without the capital commitment, we'd welcome a discussion about your facility, timeline, and load requirements.
